سياسة الدفع، حجز الطلبات، والإرجاع - سيبيا كورنر

نظراً للطبيعة الفريدة والنادرة للكتب والمقتنيات الكلاسيكية في متجرنا، فإن جميع المبيعات تعتبر نهائية.

• الدفع اليدوي ومهلة حجز الطلب: يتم معالجة كافة الطلبات في متجرنا عبر خيارات الدفع اليدوي (التحويل البنكي، موني غرام، أو ويسترن يونيون). يتم حجز الكتب المحددة لمدة 48 ساعة فقط من تاريخ تقديم الطلب لإتاحة الوقت لإتمام الدفع. في حال عدم إرسال إشعار أو وصل التحويل خلال مهلة الـ 48 ساعة، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائياً وإعادة عرض الكتب للبيع لقرّاء آخرين.

• إلغاء الطلب: يمكنكم طلب إلغاء الطلب مجاناً في أي وقت قبل إتمام الدفع وتجهيز الشحنة.

• الإرجاع والتعويض: يُقبل الإرجاع أو الاسترداد فقط في حال وصول الكتاب بتلف شديد يخالف الحالة المعروضة، أو في حال استلام كتاب مختلف عن الطلب.

• الإبلاغ عن المشكلات: يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة مع إرفاق صور واضحة للغلاف والمنتج.

 

payment, Order Holding & Refund Policy - Sepia Corner

Due to the unique and rare nature of our collection, all sales of books, prints, and vintage items are generally final.

• Manual Payment & Order Holding: All orders at Sepia Corner are processed via manual payment options (Bank Transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram). Orders will be held for 48hours from the time of order placement to allow payment completion. If payment confirmation or receipt is not received within this 48-hour window, the order will be automatically canceled, and the items will return to the store inventory.

• Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order freely at any time before payment is completed and dispatched.

• Returns & Refunds: We only accept returns or process refunds if the item arrives severely damaged beyond its original documented condition, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

• Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 7 days of package delivery with clear photographs of the package and item.
